Purchase Travel Medical Insurance

We require all clients to have a policy that includes the following at a minimum: (1) $25K travel medical insurance policy, (2) $100K evacuation policy and (3) repatriation of your body should you perish. You can use any provider you choose.

Complete Your Client Profile

So that we curate a trip that is specific to your preferences and dietary requirements, we ask that you complete your Caviar in the Air Client Profile well in advance.

Upload Your Travel Insurance & Passport

We provide the hotels with a copy of your passport to expedite check-in. Passports must be valid a minimum of 6 months after the trip end date and must have 2 blank pages. We also require a copy of your Travel Medical Insurance documents.
